Mikhail and Margarita
Julie Lekstrom Himes, a Marblehead resident, is a physician and researcher. Her short fiction has been published widely. Her debut novel, Mikhail and Margarita, was published by Europa Editions and received great reviews. Inspired by the Russian writer, Mikhail Bulgakov, the author of The Master and Margarita. and set in 1933,  it's a must-read for communicators!  “A book about authoritarian crackdown on speech and satire that is sadly timely.”—Flavorwire

​    It's frightening how similar recent crackdowns on media and journalists seem to this book's background - we expect quite a lively Q&A session!
